Raw, unpersisted connectivity reading. bssid is only ever used to
derive a hashed AiroNetworkKey — never stored or transmitted as-is
(F7.6; bssid is also a hard-prohibited analytics field name, see
AiroAnalyticsPrivacyFilter).
