concatenate method

Effect<Value> concatenate({
  1. required Effect<Value> effect,
})

Convenience helper for sequencing this effect with effect. Both effects run one after the other, preserving emission order.

Example:

final combined = Effect.value("A").concatenate(effect: Effect.value("B"));
