ConvoKitInboxRow class final
One conversation row together with the inbox data rendered beside it.
summary is null for rows without inbox data: controlled lists that pass
no summaries, custom pageLoaders, adapters whose backend has no inbox
endpoint, and rows the server has not described yet. Render such rows the
way 0.5 did (title plus the participants line, no time, no badge).
