BuildProcessingProgress class

A build that never became visible, which is usually a rejection.

Separate from AscApiException because nothing went wrong with the API: the waiting is this tool's, and every poll was answered. One poll of Apple's processing state, while waiting for a build.

Exists so a caller can report the wait its own way. appstore wait polls for up to forty-five minutes, and a consumer streaming that to a log wants a heartbeat with its own timestamps and its own destination — which it cannot have if the only report is a line on this process's stdout.
