LocaleMetadata class
One locale's listing.
Apple splits it across two resources that are updated separately and have different lifetimes, and the split is not cosmetic: appInfo fields belong to the app and can only be edited while a version is editable, whereas version fields belong to the version being prepared. Keeping them apart here means the uploader never has to guess which endpoint a field goes to.
