Peak signal-to-noise ratio of the reconstructed Y plane vs the source Y plane, in dB. Capped at 99.0 for an exact match (avoiding the infinity from MSE==0). A pure-Dart cheap proxy for visual quality; useful in ABR drivers and regression dashboards. U/V are not measured.
