ExternalInstanceParser class final
Turns a secondary instance's src into a TreeElement tree.
Instance providers are consulted first, then file parsers by format
(CSV for file-csv URIs, GeoJSON for .geojson), and XML otherwise.
Registered providers and parsers take precedence over earlier ones.
