GatewayHandoffEvent class
Single event on the gateway-handoff stream.
Wire shape. This is a leaf object that the
orchestrator embeds inside a unified ReaderEvent (the
integration branch wires that field). Subscribers can also
read these objects directly through the dedicated
gatewayHandoffEvents stream the orchestrator exposes.
Security. response and error are passed through
verbatim; their toString forms already redact sensitive
substructures. The event's own toString does the same.
