MobileReaderSdk instance
getter/setter pair

The default instance used by the public top-level API.

Defaults to a MethodChannelMobileReaderSdk backed by the em_mobile_reader/methods + em_mobile_reader/events channels the Android and iOS skeletons register. Tests can replace this with an UnimplementedMobileReaderSdk or any other subclass.

The default constructor of MethodChannelMobileReaderSdk does not perform any I/O - it just wires up the channel handles - so eager initialization here is cheap and side-effect-free.
