ReaderEntryMode typedef
ReaderEntryMode = EntryMode
Provider-neutral entry mode the consumer presented the card with.
This is a typedef alias for the long-standing EntryMode enum
in card_summary.dart. The new multi-reader contract refers to
it as ReaderEntryMode for clarity (it describes the reader's
reported entry, not just a card-summary annotation); the
underlying values are identical and the wire identifiers are the
same (swipe, chip, tap, manual, unknown).
