Written as marginTop: xValue ? '13px' : 'unset', and xValue is the row's
own datum, which is always truthy — so it is always 13. It sits on the inner
block, but collapses through the barred outer one (:199-208, no top border
or padding), so it lands above the accent bar rather than inside it.
