DecodedWireEvent class sealed

The result of decoding a wire event frame.

KnownWireEvent carries a reconstructed AgentEvent; RequestWireEvent is a host-interaction request (approval/ask/secret — in-process these are callbacks, over the wire they are frames a host answers with commands); UnknownWireEvent is the forward-compat passthrough for kinds this library does not know — hosts render nothing and keep the run alive.
