WebJavascriptRuntime class
Web-compatible JavaScript runtime using the browser's JavaScript engine
This runtime allows full access to browser APIs including:
- DOM manipulation (document, window, etc.)
- HTML element creation and modification
- All standard browser JavaScript APIs
