A value whose tag this build does not recognize, kept verbatim.

A document written by a newer engine, or by an extension, can carry value kinds this build has never heard of. Decoding one to this instead of failing keeps the whole document loadable, and re-encoding writes json back unchanged. Nothing reads it, so it is inert everywhere else.
