Perform an online explanation.

If deployed_model_id is specified, the corresponding DeployModel must have explanation_spec populated. If deployed_model_id is not specified, all DeployedModels must have explanation_spec populated.

Throws a http.ClientException if there were problems communicating with the API service. Throws a StatusException if the API failed with a Status message. Throws a ServiceException for any other failure.
