FenceOpen typedef

FenceOpen = ({int fenceChar, String info, int length})

The opening line of a fenced code block: a run of at least three backticks or tildes.

fenceChar and length are what a closing line has to match — see isFenceClose. info is the rest of the line, trimmed (the language).
