BdExportBeadSource class
The default SubstationBeadSource: ONE bd query spawn per store,
covering every status. A pure read: no last-touched write, no watcher
self-trigger, no mutation (A37).
This used to shell bd export --all, but export is REFUSED in
proxied-server mode and BdCliService.exportAll was removed upstream in
beads_dart 0.2.0. The all-status query below is the same read the engine's
own CliSnapshotReader now performs, and it stays one spawn.
