rubricSource property
A RubricSource tear-off bound to this loader — the RAW packaged prose,
template holes intact. Any rubric that carries a station-arg hole must be
read through boundRubricSource before it reaches an agent.
No packaged rubric carries one today: the decision-alignment bands used
to render a {{runner}} command of their own, and no longer do. A rubric
cannot render a RUNNABLE lookup, because the composing station's verb also
needs the GRID HOME it resolves from and the roster-qualified surface it
asks about — both of which only the live prompt knows. So the bands now
direct the critic to the lines that prompt already rendered (or, when it
reports no bound grid home, to the mounted registers on disk), which is
the one place a command can be both complete and cwd-correct.
