The ONE line that precedes an injected handoff body.

It names the SUCCESSION VERB rather than a hand-performed delete: the destruction is licensed by "the disc is tracked, so git history is the archive", and only that verb archives the disc and proves the note reached HEAD before removing it. PURE.
