The CIRCUIT arm: the lens writes its answer to a stamped file in the worktree, and a route reads it back through the shared freshness fence.
This is the in-pipeline transport every committee, critic and discovery lens has always ridden. It is what makes a verdict durable across a lane restart, and what a round's join reads.
