Receipt class
A receipt as an ordered list of typed lines.
A list rather than a map: order is the one thing a receipt cannot get
wrong, and a map's key order does not survive the platform channel. Each
line carries its own kind and formatting, so the native side renders it with
an exhaustive switch and never has to guess an image from a label.
