HWBoxBorder class
A simple border for HWBoxDecoration, drawn inside the box like Flutter's
default BorderSide.strokeAlignInside.
SwiftUI strokes it with strokeBorder; Glance has no stroke, so Android
insets a fill by thickness inside a Box of the border color.
