Allocates flex space with either loose or tight child constraints.

flex must be non-negative; zero uses the child's non-flex layout. This wrapper belongs inside a Row, Column, or Flex, without intervening render-object widgets. Unbounded main-axis constraints may require a shrink-wrapped flex with FlexFit.loose.
