MambaReadContext class
A read-only view of a MambaContext supplied to ordinary command hooks.
It exposes get and nothing else, and deliberately does not expose the instance it wraps. A subclass of MambaContext therefore adds members no command can reach, because hooks receive this view rather than the context.
