emptyTileBuilder property

Replaces the default UploadImageTile in empty slots, including its background, corner radius and shadow. Tapping the slot still opens the image picker, and placeholder is ignored when this is set.

The returned widget fills the grid cell. The default tile has an 8px margin, so add your own padding to keep the same gaps between tiles.
