IspIdentifyService class

Matches the device ISP against Apple / Google patterns from remote extra_config.

Optional extra_config (List, Map, or JSON string under versions.extra_config):

[
  {
    "enabled": true,
    "apple": ["*Apple*", "*iCloud*"],
    "google": ["*Google*", "*Google LLC*"]
  }
]

A bare Map is also accepted. Missing keys fall back to defaultEnabled / defaultApplePatterns / defaultGooglePatterns. Patterns support * wildcards (case-insensitive).
