connectedAnonymousRelays property

List<RelayConnectivity> get connectedAnonymousRelays

Connected connections bound to nobody, one per relay at most.

Engines pick relays, not identities: sending on every connection of a relay would duplicate the request, and sending on a bound one would make it attributable. An identity is added later, by the re-route, and only on the relays that ask for one.
