Db2Builder class
Builder preconfigured for IBM Db2 (NEW v3.0).
Default driver is {IBM DB2 ODBC DRIVER}, default port 50000. Use
database for the database alias (catalogued in the Db2 client) and
credentials for Uid/Pwd.
