Creates a new MonitorArgs. aggregationPeriod The time, in seconds, that metrics are aggregated and sent to Amazon CloudWatch. Valid values are either 30 or 60. monitorName The name of the monitor. region Region where this resource will be managed. Defaults to the Region set in the provider configuration. tags Key-value tags for the monitor. If configured with a provider defaultTags configuration block present, tags with matching keys will overwrite those defined at the provider-level.
