Creates a new ProjectArgs. projectDescription A description for the project. projectName The name of the Project. region Region where this resource will be managed. Defaults to the Region set in the provider configuration. serviceCatalogProvisioningDetails The product ID and provisioning artifact ID to provision a service catalog. See Service Catalog Provisioning Details below. tags A map of tags to assign to the resource. If configured with a provider defaultTags configuration block present, tags with matching keys will overwrite those defined at the provider-level.
