What a Query needs from an observer, without knowing what an observer is.
Exported because the cache's QueryObserverAdded and friends name their
observer through it, so a cache listener can hold and compare one. That is
the whole public use: implementing it yourself is not supported, and
QueryObserver is the one implementation. Its members are the plumbing
between a query and its observer, @internal on the interface and on
QueryObserver's overrides alike — calling one from outside the package
is an analyzer warning.
