Executes this command returning its ReleasePackerCommandStatus.

The default implementation maps execute: true to ReleasePackerCommandStatus.ok and false to ReleasePackerCommandStatus.error. Commands that can be skipped without failing the build override this to return ReleasePackerCommandStatus.ignored.
