StacDefaultBottomNavigationControllerParser class

Parser for the deprecated defaultBottomNavigationController widget type. Delegates to StacDefaultNavigationControllerParser so that the new NavigationScope / NavigationController are produced and remain interoperable with non-deprecated consumers.
