InteractiveElementMissingSemantics class

A lint rule that warns about interactive elements missing semantic information.

Interactive elements like IconButton, GestureDetector, InkWell, and InkResponse should have semantic labels so screen readers can announce what the element does when activated. This helps visually impaired users understand the purpose of interactive elements. (WCAG 4.1.2 - Name, Role, Value)
