A runtime error meaning THE NAME DID NOT RESOLVE.

Use this only where the failure is that a member, operator, constructor or variable is ABSENT. Do NOT use it where the name resolved and the operation then failed for another reason — an ill-typed operand, a null receiver, an unsupported target type. The audit reads this flag as "confirmed missing", so a mis-tagged site makes the tool invent gaps, which is the one direction it must never move in.
