collectionForReplay property
What the completed iterations of a suspended collection-literal for
element produced, keyed by the element node (SCF43).
Replay re-evaluates the whole literal, so without this a loop would run
its earlier iterations again, and resolvedAwaitResults, keyed by the
await NODE every iteration shares, would hand the second iteration the
first one's value. An entry is written only when an iteration SUSPENDS
and is deleted when the literal completes, so it lives exactly across the
replay window: a for element that never suspends (a sync helper called
twice in one statement, a loop condition) never records anything.
Implementation
