Pushes this flow's configuration to native code, ahead of nativeSignIn or openSigningUrl.

clientSecret is only required on Android — UAE Pass's official native SDK requires it even just to obtain an authorization code — and is ignored on iOS, where the authorize page never needs it. uaePassScheme is the native UAE Pass app's own custom URL scheme (e.g. uaepassstg, without ://) — distinct from appCallbackScheme, which is this app's own scheme.
