resolveTargets static method

List<BuildTarget> resolveTargets(
  1. List<String> platforms,
  2. List<String> androidTypes
)

Expands platforms and Android types into targets. Android gets one target per requested type; iOS always builds a single IPA, so --type does not apply to it.
