InstrumentationsConfig class
Dart-layer auto-instrumentation toggles for VuTelemetry.initialize.
Only signals the SDK can install at init are gated here. App-wired
instrumentation (navigation RouteObserverService, Dio via
vunet_flutter_plugin_dio, TrackedHttpClient, clicks, custom actions) is
unchanged by these flags.
