capturesRequestHeaders property

bool get capturesRequestHeaders

Whether any request header is allowlisted for capture.

Adapters can check this before building a header map, since applyRequestHeaders discards the map when the allowlist is empty (the default). Reads the allowlist at call time, which HttpInstrumentationSettings.update may change after construction.
