ConfigWarning class final

A non-fatal configuration observation for an unrecognized key.

Warnings are surfaced as structured ZK-CONFIG-UNKNOWN-KEY diagnostics by the CLI preflight. They never throw and never appear on stdout in JSON mode; JSON consumers read them from the command-result diagnostics array.
