• Error text, log names and messages no longer name the upstream engine. Exceptions now print as "AppLooma RTC error: [Type] message" and the logger is named applooma_rtc.

• Android: read the media plugin lazily. The core registers before it, so the cached reference was null and every join failed with "getAudioDeviceModule() on a null object reference".

• iOS and macOS: ship the shared Swift sources as real files. 2.12.0 contained link placeholders instead, which failed to compile.
