Dart-target RPC transport runtime for ball_protobuf service clients: the canonical status-code model (RpcCode), exceptions/metadata, and pluggable transports for the Connect protocol and gRPC-over-HTTP/2, plus an in-memory FakeTransport for testing generated clients.
