Add onProgress to printLabel(), printLabels(), printRenderedLabel(), printRenderedLabels(), and printRasterPages(), reporting the printer's cumulative printed-label count so callers keep per-label progress while printing a batch as a single job.
Progress is read from the 0xB3 status poll, so it counts labels the printer actually ejected rather than labels sent over BLE.
