  • Layers token: with xApiKey + secretKey, the SDK now exchanges them for a short-lived token at POST https://geomesh.sharemap.live/layer/token and attaches it as ?t= to layers.sharemap.live tile URLs. Tiles and layers use separate token sources and separate endpoints; a tiles token is rejected by layers. New optional layersTokenUrl overrides the layers endpoint (dev/staging).
  • Breaking default: enableTilesToken now defaults to true. Apps without keys keep using the free tier with no extra network calls; apps that set only one of xApiKey / secretKey get a configuration warning.
  • Mobile client identification: every request carries X-Sharemap-Client and a SharemapSDK/<version> (...) User-Agent with package name, OS, OS version and device model. See doc/mobile_client_identification.md.
  • Add POI models, ShareMapPoiService, map controller POI extension, sprite service and ShareMapSpriteIcon widget.
  • Add min zoom for business layers.
  • Style requests authenticate with the x-api-key header.
  • Debug panel logs transformed map requests.
  • Warn when a layer or POI call has xApiKey but no secretKey.

  • Map requests use MapLibre transformRequest to resolve authentication for each resource URL. HMAC credentials are sent through the x-api-key header; the style loader no longer inserts them into source, tile, or glyph URLs.
  • Add opt-in enableTilesToken: acquire and refresh short-lived tiles tokens, attach them as ?t= on supported tile hosts, and keep HMAC authentication for business layers and Geomesh APIs. The option remains disabled by default.
  • Fix Android MapLibre initialization before HTTP client/platform-view setup.
  • Fix Dart web compilation by removing an unsupported 64-bit integer literal.
  • Pin the hosted sharemap_maplibre_gl dependency to 0.26.2+sharemap.1. Known iOS limitation: this dependency still uses the old CocoaPods package identity; iOS integration is not verified for this release.
  • Android hosts require JDK 21, Android SDK 36, and NDK 28; the pinned MapLibre dependency specifies NDK 28.1.13356709.
  • Background Location remains experimental in this release. This version does not certify its stability; see the existing device-test checklist and limits.
  • Upgrade from 0.0.5: resolve the new package/dependency versions and perform a full rebuild after the native dependency changes (hot reload is insufficient).
