- OtelDioInterceptor records a span per request with dns, total and call phases; attachInstrumentedDio additionally wires the adapter so connect timing is reported.
- classifyDioException maps DioExceptionType onto the HTTP RUM error catalog (timeout, ssl, http_client, io, dns, unknown), and delegates nested dart:io errors to HttpSpanRecorder.classifyError.
