background_geo_tracker library
Native continuous geolocation tracking with backend upload.
Classes
- BackgroundGeoTracker
- The Dart side of the tracker: configure it, start and stop sessions, and watch what it is doing.
- GeoFilterConfig
- What the collector throws away before a fix reaches the queue, and how hard it smooths what is left.
- GeoLogEntry
- One line the native tracker wrote while nothing was watching.
- GeoMotionConfig
- When the collector is allowed to switch the GPS off, and how far apart the points are spaced while it is on.
- GeoNotificationConfig
- What the Android foreground-service notification looks like.
- GeoPoint
- One recorded location fix, as pushed up from the native tracker.
- GeoTrackingStatus
- Everything a screen needs to explain honestly why the track is, or is not, being written.
- GeoUploadConfig
- How the native tracker collects points and where it sends them.
Enums
- GeoLogLevel
- How loud one log entry is. Bare enum: the mapping onto the app's own logger belongs where the entries are read, not here.
- GeoMotionPermission
- Whether the fast movement detector is available to this session.
- GeoNotificationImportance
- How loudly the OS is allowed to deliver the collector's notification.
- GeoPermission
- The location permission, reduced to the four states our flow branches on. The native layer folds each finer-grained OS status onto one of these.
- GeoPowerMode
- How hard the collector works, from the cheapest to the most precise.
