DigiaLogSeverity enum

How loud one log line is.

Separate from DigiaLogLevel, which is the threshold a host app configures. A line is emitted when its severity is at or above the configured level β€” see DigiaLogger.

The four names are a cross-stack contract: Android's Logger, iOS's DigiaLog and the RN console sink expose the same ladder, and the diagnostics spec makes it the severity field of the future structured record. Renaming one here renames it in four places.
