End-to-end timeout for one runTransaction(...) call, measured from method entry to terminal outcome. Does NOT include the time the POS spends rendering UI between coordinator outcome and the next user action.

The watchdog fires a TransactionCoordinatorOutcomeKind.timedOut outcome and best-effort cancels the in-flight native transaction. Tighter timeouts are honored when the underlying native call resolves first.
