TransactionCoordinatorOutcomeKind enum

What kind of outcome the TransactionCoordinator produced.

Distinct from TransactionResultStatus because the coordinator answers a different question: not "what is the gateway's verdict" (that's TransactionResult.status) but "which path did we take to arrive at the terminal state?"

The two enums are deliberately not 1:1:

payloadCapturedOnly is the coordinator's "we got the encrypted payload and we are NOT doing the handoff; the POS must forward" outcome. The wrapped TransactionResult.status is TransactionResultStatus.unknown because the gateway never ran.
gatewayApproved is the coordinator's "we ran the handoff and the gateway said yes" outcome. The wrapped TransactionResult.status is TransactionResultStatus.approved and there is a non-null TransactionCoordinatorOutcome.gatewayResponse.

Wire identifiers are stable; renaming is breaking.

payloadCapturedOnly → const TransactionCoordinatorOutcomeKind: gatewayHandoff was disabled or the SDK is configured for payloadOnly mode. The reader produced an encrypted payload that the POS must forward through its own backend client. The wrapped TransactionResult has status = unknown and the encrypted payload is available on the unified event stream as encryptedPayloadReady.
